Pearland Early Learning Center
This center has undergone a complete transformation after rebranding and extensive repairs on deferred maintenance. We replaced the drop false ceilings with new grid and pads, and all of the HVAC equipment and plumbing throughout the building were replaced. The electrical was professionally inspected and deemed safe. Our client's branding was installed, giving the location a fun and inviting update. Lastly, a fresh coat of paint all new flooring had this center ready to make a profit again.
The Winterpark Project
Winterpark 202 is a 4 unit Apartment building that underwent extensive renovation by Callaway Services. The interior was completely demoed and new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, subfloor, drywall, cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, doors and millwork were installed. The modernization and updates resulted in a substantial return on investment for the owner, with rent increasing from $750.00 per month to $1200.00 per month.
